PC Windows Tutorial

Preparations Before You Start

Your PC needs to be running Win10 or later. Win7 isn’t strictly incompatible, but there’s a very high chance it won’t work, so upgrading to Win10 is recommended.

Turn off or delete all antivirus software!!

First, you need to have the official (CN) or international client already installed — it cannot be the B server version!

If you don’t have the official (CN) or international client, go download and install it from the Genshin Impact official website first…

Private Server Play Guide

Tianli

In the Tianli private server command server, you can freely use commands to obtain anything you want. For example, using /give all lv90 r5 c6 x999 gives you all characters and weapons at max level, max constellation, and max refinement, plus every item; or using /give 223 x9999 gives you 9999 Intertwined Fates, and so on. All Tianli servers are provided free of charge. If you paid for one, please request a refund and report the reseller.

Tutorial

Download the Tianli Launcher V1.7.1 and open it as administrator

Click Settings and select the game path for Genshin Impact 3.7. You can try auto-search first; if auto-search doesn’t work or throws an error, specify the path manually.

Right-click the “Genshin Impact” shortcut on your desktop and click “Open file location”.
（If you didn’t create a desktop shortcut when installing Genshin Impact, you can use the “Search” function to search for “Genshin Impact” and then click “Open file location”. Or search your computer for “Yuanshen”.）

Back on the launcher’s home page, select “3.7 Command Server” and click “Start Game”

(If you want to play the B server or a server for another version, be sure to select the corresponding game version when choosing the game)

Wait for the game to load. On the login screen, just enter any username and password (use a username made of English letters and numbers). After entering them, logging in will automatically create an account, and you can use the account from your first login afterward.

Private servers have no password system — the username alone is the only credential for your account, so try to use a longer, unique username

After logging in, it may download some files; please be patient and wait for the download to finish. Once it’s done, open the door and you can enter the game and play!

On the subsequent server selection screen, please check the website https://zhuangtai.casks.me and choose the sub-server with the fewest players to play on, reducing latency and improving your experience.
You can also choose the normal command server or the story-fix server, though the story-fix server may not be very stable. If you want to experience the full story, you can play the B server at https://casks.me/1157/

Using Commands

Click the three-dot button in the bottom-left corner, choose to add a bot named 输指令给我, and send your commands to it.
Use the /help command to see the available commands. You can use a command generator as an aid (though some of its commands are a bit outdated and won’t work)

Joining the Group

If you have any problems while playing, or want to chat and play with others, consider joining the Tianli community for discussion. The channel also has plenty of resources, such as private server play guides, fun commands, and Genshin Impact mods (including R18 character lewds, too)

The Patch-and-Proxy Method (General)

First, press Win + E to open 此电脑

Pick a partition with more than 80G of free space, enter it, create a new folder, and name it yuanshen-sf

Run the official Genshin Impact launcher, click the three lines to the right of “Start Game” > Installation Location > Use another folder,

Click the blank area to the right of the path above 此电脑, press Ctrl + C to copy the game path shown there. In my case the game path is D:\Genshin Impact\Genshin Impact\Genshin Impact Game

Don’t just copy my game path — everyone’s path can be different!

In the box above 此电脑, press Ctrl + V to paste the path you just copied, then press Enter

You will now be at the root directory of the official Genshin Impact game. Click the up arrow in the top-left corner to go to the parent directory

Right-click the Genshin Impact Game folder (the Genshin Impact game itself) and copy it into the yuanshen-sf folder you created earlier

While the copy is in progress, go ahead and download what you’ll need later

First, download the three files version.dll, 米哈游代理转向.zip, and GcTools-v1.9.0.exe from any of the cloud drives below into the yuanshen-sf folder

The three files do the following:

version.dll: modifies the data of the game files to make them compatible with private servers
米哈游代理转向.zip: switches the game server to another private server
GcTools-v1.9.0.exe: a very handy PC command generator — foolproof and quick to pick up

Then place the version.dll patch file into the Genshin Impact Game folder under the yuanshen-sf folder

If 是否覆盖或者替换 appears, just click 是

Next, right-click the 米哈游代理转向.zip archive and 解压到当前文件夹 it

Go into the 米哈游代理转向 folder, right-click 米哈游代理转向.exe and run it as administrator

There are two boxes; fill in the server IP/domain and port of the server you want to play on, then click the 开启代理 button

You’ll need to find a server yourself — you can look in relevant communities or forums

A few recommended servers:
Server 01: 121.37.158.250
Port 01: 443
Server 02: gc.tanga.cc
Port 02: 443

Don’t rush — first configure the command generator GcTools

Double-click the GcTools-v1.9.0.exe file to open the tool

First, click 远程 in the top menu bar to switch to the remote command configuration screen

Then fill in the server address in this format: https://服务器的IP或域名:服务器的端口

Example: https://121.37.158.250:443

Then leave it running in the background — don’t close it

GCTools is a small utility — explore and use it on your own
Kaveh /give 10000081 lv90 c6
Baizhu /give 10000082 lv90 c6
Baizhu’s signature weapon, Jadefall’s Splendor /give 14505 x1 lv90 r5
Get everything /give all x2000 lv90 c6 r5 sl10

Then go into the Genshin Impact Game folder inside the yuanshen-sf folder,

and double-click the YuanShen.exe file to run the Genshin Impact private server

Once you’re in the game, a login window will appear

Make the account name a few billion times more complicated — the password isn’t checked at all, so you can just type 0 for it

Registration is automatic here, so there’s no need to sign up first — just log in and you’re in the game

Log in with a different account name and you have a brand-new account again. If you end up ruining your account later on, this is how you create a new one

After entering the game, first open your mail and claim the goodies

Sometimes “Claim All” can’t be clicked, so you need to click the claim button in the bottom right corner

Next up: using the regular commands!

First open chat and add a conversation partner — there will be a friend there, and this is the command console! (The game’s backdoor.) Go ahead and add it ~~

You can send the /help command to get a list of all commands available on the current server

Now let’s talk about the command generator tool GcTools-v1.8.1.exe

First, connect to the remote server. UID here means your in-game UID in Genshin Impact, not your official-server UID.

The verification code will arrive in the command console. Once verified, just click connect.

After connecting, you no longer need to copy commands — just press F5 to execute the command you need in one click, which is much more convenient

I won’t go into detail on how to use the tool; figure it out yourself

The console mode is exclusively for server owners, used to execute higher-privilege commands,

such as /stop to shut down the server, /a to send a server-wide announcement, /ban to ban accounts, and so on…

Friendly reminder:
Be sure to memorize the order for entering and exiting the private server to avoid unnecessary trouble!!
To enter the private server, run 米哈游代理转向.exe first, then launch the patched game!!
To exit, make sure the game has fully quit before closing the proxy software!!

Mobile Android Tutorial

Preparations Before You Start

Your phone must be running Android 10 or above!!

Why is there no Apple iOS version? Because we’ve given up on it — switch to Android…

Make sure you have more than 22GB of free storage, enough to download another copy of Genshin Impact

Go to the HoYoverse pass registration site and register a HoYoverse pass account.

If you’ve already registered a Genshin Impact international server account before, you can skip this step!

If you have an email address, just register by following the prompts.

If you don’t have one, use the email that comes with QQ.

The format is: 你的QQ号@qq.com — this is the email that comes with your QQ

The verification code will be delivered inside QQ. Fill in the rest as prompted, then click register.

Private Server Tutorial

天理

On the 天理 command server you can freely use commands to obtain anything you want — for example, /give all x2000 lv90 r5 c6 sl10 gives you all characters and weapons at max level, max constellation, and max refinement, plus every item, or /give 223 x9999 grants 9999 Intertwined Fates, and so on. Tutorial

First, download and install the 天理 3.7 Android client

Just enter any username and password — an account will be created automatically, and you can use the account from your first login afterward. Once logged in, the game resources will download automatically. When the download finishes, just pick a server and play.

The private server doesn’t have a password system — the username is the sole credential for your account, so try to use a longer, unique username.

Do NOT use any proxy, accelerator, or VPN while playing. Otherwise you’ll run into proxy conflicts.

On the server selection screen that follows, check the website https://zhuangtai.casks.me and choose the sub-server with the fewest players to play on — this reduces latency and improves the experience.

You can also choose between a regular command server and a story-fix server, though the story-fix server may not be very stable. If you want to experience the full story, you can play the B server https://casks.me/1157/

Using Commands

Click the three-dot button in the bottom-left corner, choose to add the bot named “输指令给我”, and send your commands to it.
Use the /help command to see the available commands. You can use a command generator for help (though some of its commands are a bit outdated and won’t work).

Baizhu & Jadefall’s Splendor are now live and available to pull. If you get a resource loading failure prompt, just tap Cancel — it won’t affect pulling.

Nahida’s first-half banner will be synced with the official server’s schedule. Once you update the banner resources on the official server, you’ll be able to see the new banner here on gc too~

(If the client has no banner cover art, that’s not our fault~ it’s Genshin Impact’s fault!)

Download the Android 3.6 private server clientAndroid-TangTang3.6.apk from any of the cloud drives above and install it.

Open the installed private server game, select官方服务器, and log in with the international server account you registered above.

SelectAsiaAsia server to download resources based on your region. If the download speed is very slow, try exiting and re-entering!

If it’s still slow, try using an accelerator or a VPN to speed it up原神国际服

Once all resources have finished downloading and the progress bar at the bottom is completely full, a door will appear.

Then just exit and re-enter, and select自定义服务器to enter the private server.

Please note: when entering, tap自定义服务器immediately to enter the private server, otherwise it will4214and throw an error.

If logging in自定义服务器shows a network error, re-enter the game, tap设置to enable Force Mode and the Skip SSL option, then tap Exit Game and re-enter自定义服务器

After entering the game, a login window will appear.

Make the account name a bit more complex, and since the password isn’t validated, you can just enter a 0 for the password.

Registration is automatic here — no need to register first, just log in and enter the game directly.

Just log in with a different account name and it’s a new account again. Later on, if you mess up your account, this is how you can create a new one.

After entering the game, first open your mail and claim the good stuff. Claiming everything at once may fail — you need to tap Claim in the bottom right corner.

And then it’s on to using the regular commands!
